My plant still hasn’t arrived; what do I do?
If you notice that your plant still hasn’t arrived within 5 days of your expected delivery date
Check the tracking on your order confirmation email.
Please fill out our contact form here or email support@myarisa.com so that we can make things right. Note: If the missing product is because of incorrect information submitted during your checkout, we, unfortunately, cannot provide a refund.
Can I get a refund?
While our first solution is always to replace your item, we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis as each individual situation dictates.
Replacement and Reshipment Policy
Eligibility Period for Replacement Claims:
Replacement requests must be submitted within 5 days from the date the order is delivered. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
Reporting Wrong or Damaged Products:
If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. To facilitate a swift resolution, ensure you provide clear images of the product and a brief description of the issue.
Missing or Undelivered Parts:
If any item or part is missing or was not delivered, it is eligible for reshipment. To process your claim, please retain the original box and the attached shipping label for verification. This will help us address the issue effectively.
Replacement Policy for Plants:
Plant replacements are offered only if the plant has sustained significant damage during transit. This includes uprooted plants, broken parent stems, or completely dead plants with dried leaves. Replacement will be provided only if the plant is deemed incurable and cannot be restored to health.
Replacement Policy for Planters and Pots:
Planters or pots are eligible for replacement if they have visible cracks or structural damage. Minor cosmetic imperfections or marks do not qualify for replacements.
Important Note on Plant Replacements:
Plants provided as replacements will be shipped in temporary pots. This is done to ensure the plant’s health during transit and allows you to repot it into a planter of your choice upon arrival.
