Where and how do you ship?
We ship anywhere in India (excluding Andaman & Nicobar Island and Lakshadweep).
What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping on orders above Rs: 499/-
What if I need to change my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We process orders quickly but will do our best to address your request.
If I order more than one plant, will they ship separately?
Items that are part of the same order will be delivered together in different boxes to make sure they are safe in transit.
When will I get my package?
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for us to hand pick, clean, and package your plant. After your plant is packaged and ready to go, your delivery time depends on your location. Most orders are delivered to your address within 2-6 working days from the date when the order is placed. We do not have control over carrier service disruptions or delays once shipped.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
We guarantee your plants will arrive in happy, healthy condition. On the off chance your plant arrives dead, severely broken and uprooted, we'll make it right! We replace them for free as part of our 5-Day Customer Happiness Guarantee. Note: If the plant is not curable. Take a picture of both the plant and box as proof of damage to help us improve our packaging process.

Can I return the damaged plant?
We do not accept return on plants but rest assured we guarantee your plants will arrive in happy, healthy condition. The plant might look dull or stressed after unboxing but it is completely natural as soon as it gets fresh air and a quick drink it will bloom back to its glory.

Can I return the damaged non-plant products?
Yes, you can Self return the damaged non-plant products we accept return and exchange on unused or unopened non-plant products within 5 days of purchase. We will send a replacement or initiate a refund for the non-plant product to the source account as we receive the product. Unfortunately, you will have to bear the shipping charges to return the products.
